Day Two of Unbroken Prayers
Call to me, and I will answer you and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known.
~ Jeremiah 33:3
You will often feel spiritual apathy when you are under a spiritual attack. You’ll have this sense that you want to draw back from the things of God. You will become lazy and begin to lose your spiritual passion. You’ll feel like you want to take a “spiritual vacation.”
In these seasons, you must recognize that you are under a spiritual attack. When you are under these attacks, you must decide that you will do the opposite. Make the decision that you are going to dig deeper in your faith. Commit to prayer and ask God to turn you away from spiritual apathy. Open up God’s Word and lean into the things of God like never before. Lean into prayer and worship like never before. Make the decision to seek God and pray against the spiritual attack!
Today's Point of Prayer & Intercession:
Ask God to help you bear fruit in the midst of spiritual attack
He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. ~ John 15:2
This is to my Father’s glory that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples. ~ John 15:8
If it bears fruit next year, fine! If not, then cut it down. ~ Luke 13:9
