Summer Fest is designed to help students experience God’s presence, make lasting memories, and connect with friends through a 3 day illustrated adventure that is sure to be out of this world.

Summer Fest will commence June 6-8, 2023 and is for students entering 1st grade – entering 6th grade.

Summer Fest is $125 per child. Price includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, t-shirt, and activities all 3 days.
Our heart is for every child to be able to attend Summer Fest who wants to. Email hillskids@7hillschurch.tv to get information on partial sponsorship.
Summer Fest is for children entering 1st grade through 6th grade.
We will begin checking children in at 8:00a each day where you will meet your child’s small group and leader (a.k.a. “Fun Expert”). You can bring your email confirmation with you.
You must come pick your child up from their small group 3:00p each day. You must present your child’s pickup sticker at the entrance. You will then need to show your claim ticket AGAIN at the exit doors, so please keep your ticket with you. If you have designated someone else to pick up your child, you need to fill out proper information during online registration, and make sure the pickup person has your child’s pickup sticker.
Childcare will not be provided before or after Summer Fest. Our doors open at 8:00a each morning, and the experience will end each day at 3:00p. Please be prompt when picking up your child.
Check-In will be at Anderson High School / Grant County High School 7:30a! We will bus the students down to our Florence Location (6800 Hazel Ct.) for Summer Fest. Pick-Up will be at Anderson High School / Grant County High School at 3:00p.
Snacks and lunch will be served each day. If your child has a food allergy, please make sure to notify the Check-In team and your child’s small group leader when you check your child in for Summer Fest. (This should be on the child’s waiver and SG leaders should receive a roster with allergies listed in advance.
T-shirts will be passed out the first day of Summer Fest.
Please send your child’s Epi Pen in a plastic zip top bag with their first and last name and allergen written on it to the first day of Summer Fest. Please give the Epi Pen to your child’s group leader when you drop your child off for the day. Their group leader will keep the Epi Pen with them at all times.
Please send your child’s rescue inhaler (and spacer, if needed) in a plastic zip top bag with their first and last name written on it to the first day of Summer Fest. Please give the rescue inhaler to your child’s group leader when you drop your child off for the day. Their group leader will keep the inhaler with them at all times.
We want to support your family with excellence at Summer Fest and want you to help us decide what your child can safely eat. During registration, you will be given the option to indicate that your child has a food allergy. If we are serving a snack or lunch your child cannot eat due only to an allergy, they can bring an alternative option that is dairy free and nut free.
At Summer Fest we are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment that allows all children to access worship and ministry. Hills Kids Buddies exists to share the love of Christ by assisting children needing special accommodations to become full participants and contributors in the body of Christ.
