Are there any extra costs?

Everything is covered in your conference cost that is essential to camp. There is a coffee shop on site that is an additional cost. Merchandise is also at additional cost.

What if I need to cancel?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds. To cancel your registration without a refund, email legacyyouth@7hillschurch.tv

I can’t afford camp. Is there financial aid available?

You can enroll in a monthly payment plan, which allows you to break up the cost into smaller payments throughout the year. To apply for financial aid, you can email legacyyouth@7hillschurch.tv

Where do students stay?

Students will stay on site in the dorm-style cabins. Students will room with their small group and leader.

What are small groups?

Small groups are groups of 8-10 guys/girls in the same grade. Small groups are a great way for students to become more involved in the life of the church! They'll build authentic friendships, have a leader they can trust, and will develop a deeper relationship with the Lord by expounding on the content they learned in the service and talking through what God is doing in their heart throughout camp.

What safety precautions will be taken?

Every adult serving in our youth ministry is required to complete a background check and a volunteer and/or small group leader safety training. We have a team of volunteers dedicated to keeping your student safe during different parts of the camp, including law enforcement, safety team (think hall monitors and night watch), and first aid.

What are medication protocols?

Students must only bring what is needed for the duration of the event in a clear, labeled bag. Students will also be responsible for carrying and administering their own medication. Any medication taken to camp must be disclosed in the student's digital waiver.

Is there a cell phone policy?

Students are encouraged not to bring their cell phones so that they can connect and be fully present during the duration of Central Youth Camp. If preferred, students are permitted to have their cell phones. However, your student will be required to leave their phone in their room during services, group time, and activities. 7 Hills Church/Camp Cedarmore are not responsible for any lost items.

My student has food allergies. Can you accommodate them?

Yes. Please specify any allergies on your student’s waiver.

Are there any day passes available?

With this being an overnight experience, we encourage students to stay for the duration of the camp if possible. If you have a specific circumstance, please email legacyyouth@7hillschurch.tv
